God
Heaven is the home for stars and they fall. Falling like stars we fell to Earth. Earth. Earth and angels fell. Falling angels and only certain angels fall to Earth. Fallen. The fallen few, we are and most angels do not return to Earth. Angels are sent back.
The thoroughfare of angels coming down from the heavens is the same passageway for ascending angels. You would wonder how we would know where to go when we die, we do not have a choice. Your life is evaluated by god.
