The heavens within

The heavens within

For God we are his plume but glow and sparkle like the feathers of a bird. Stars are our light. The milk of the stars will take you to your light but your light is at the end of the stars. Stars by day are as light as by night but like an angel you may catch the glimmer of an iridescence as though a bird flew past. Birds fly under wing but angels, fly. You could see the glow of stars in the heavens. Angels like the plumage of birds are a reflection of the stars. Angels only visit out of need. Stars are our inner substance but only reflects stars. Milk is our substance for stars in the heavens like wood is the substance of trees but we shine all day for the Lord above and angels simply fly. Angels have a need to fly.

Clouded are ideas of angels for they live in the clouds. Fly, angels fly. On rainy days angels visit you with every droplet of rain but are really only in the sky. God sends you angels to comfort you but angels are only reflecting the clouds like thoughts from the sky. Flying to the heavens to warn God of an earthly need angels only frequent the sky. Realms of heaven are the distance of the Earth and the Sun. Stars reflect our heaven.

We are stars in heaven for God but the heavens reflect the angels and planets could tell you the story. If Earth could only tell us of all its history.

We are stars for God. The light and all the stars fell out of heaven to make who we are and kept falling through the Earth to the other side. We are the stars for heaven in the stars. The milky, starry, heavenly abode produced all the Earth has to offer. Asteroids, meteorites and comets all fell at once, too. Falling, falling through the heavens, God made the Earth, spin as though on an axis but kept it spinning to create the Earth. We are the stars and all the heavens for God and the Earth but our history is within ourselves like fossils in a rock. The history of all our being is inside our bodies and every millimetre clouds our sense of who we are but tells the tale of all the planets and the stars as though a thoroughfare of angels was to fly out of your heart every day to God. We are the stars and all the heavens for God and the angels in heaven. The heavens within.

Iridescent is the name of the Lord

Iridescent is the name of the Lord

Sun shines down upon us and we shine like the altar for God. Light through church windows would speak less of the light of God than pure sunshine and the sky. Clouds race off once again as though being chased by some god and birds swoop through the trees or land in your garden. Rolling around in the puddles made by rain the birds twitter gaily in the sunshine having a birdbath. The sun shines down upon us as though some outer galactic, "message" of "shine", were being transpired. You feel like you must shine from the inner core of your being like a planet or a star. The friction of the blood rushing through our veins would cause some light so we may glow in the night. The accumulated light of sunshine seems to make us glow during the day or was the illumination, the light of the blue sky. God is our sunshine and we take him to church for luminosity. Do we need to dull our glare? The spirit has a light and the soul a glow. We shine like the plumage of birds.

Iridescent is the name of the Lord.

Blue sky and sunshine

Blue sky and sunshine

If we had wings we could fly. Flying around the sky we could glide and ride the air pockets like birds. Clouds fly in the sky like birds on the wind but race, race to their hearts content. Is it a race of the clouds for some god or just people thinking that are making the clouds move? Maybe it is just the wind and the wind blows making the clouds race, race around the sky. Rain and gods, thinking and the sky. Puffy clouds become thin wisps to only accumulate and become the wind. Wind and rain gods descend with the ice particles to the ground. Are we the wind or the clouds or just a rain filled day? Clouds would know the answer on a rainy day. If only we were clouds, would we have less of a watery need? Were we human for the sky? Skies and days blow away with the puffy clouds. Only to contemplate the sky we are bird where we need not be cloud for God. God and the clouds, speak.

Cloud-speak for God is our thoughts and the clouds if only we spoke cloud. Do we speak sky? We look at the sky for an answer but the rain fills our eyes as though with tears, maybe the wind made us cry. The dialogue and the clouds is cloud-speak, for gods but do we understand God or the clouds? Seeing faces in the clouds could be inspiration but oh to read the clouds. As though thunder and lightning were words, clouds may speak to one another. You feel your thoughts drifting as though a cloud follows you but to be guided by a cloud, day and night.

Clouds permeate your thoughts and float along as if on a cloud of thinking. There is another day and the clouds blow off to reveal the sky. Blue sky and sunshine.

Puffy clouds

Puffy clouds

Sunshine and birds keep gliding on the air pockets up into the sky. The sunshine reflects the light of air bubbles and wind where clouds are air, full of water, pregnant with rain, the kaleidoscope of light is the spectrum we see. Light, clouds and thinking persist with the sunshine. Clouds and light drift along in wispy streams through the sky, drifting, drifting and catching the light, the water reflects what the clouds long to be, water, again. Oh, the watery ache of the clouds. The joy of the birds in the sunshine out ways all pain as they ride the air pockets to the sky. To be a bird.

Flying through the sky you feel bird where you should be cloud, drifting. The clouds drift. Do we fly like the birds? Clouds fly through your mind and your thoughts drift like the birds, flying. On really windy days the trees fly around blowing every last leaf to the ground and litter the footpath with twigs and branches. The island weather is perpetual fog, cloud and rain with storms battering the earth then, blowing out to sea. Birds fly to the mountains for protection and forest birds stay in their trees. Clouds of thought fly up the mountains with the birds like you are drifting on a glider, in reverse. If we could only fly like the birds.

Clouded with thoughts and thinking of birds in the forest, the birds chirp loudly as you walk through but there are no other animals. Clouds think with thoughts of thought bubbles in the sky. The thoughts blow off with a windy day. Puffy clouds.

Clear skies with the birds

Nicole Page-Smith, photographs and writing

Clear skies with the birds

Crawling out of the fog as if descending from the clouds the Holy Spirit lingers while the mysterious couple ascend to the town. You feel bygone centuries may have produced less of a feeling of a storm before the fog clouded your thoughts. Were people here last century who thought about the birds flying or a century before? Thoughts ascend beyond the clouds to the stars and the moon and night falls. The planets do their thing and rotate around the sky while spinning around the Sun but are clouded in the night sky. The morning is once again fog bound but sunshine tries to seep through. Another day of clouds and fog go by and thoughts of sunshine exist on the horizon but, the clouds remain on the hills. Winter days and their light prevail in your mind along with contemplation.

The sun shines so brightly somedays the sun almost hurts your eyes and while the clouds hug the hills, they are white and fluffy like cotton wool. Wisps of the spooky clouds you find in forests gradually dissipate and birds tend to behave like lovebirds hugging one another on the trees for warmth. Tiny, field birds, silvereyes and fantails, fly close to you as though you live in the forest and are their friend. Walks in forests encourage birds to say "hello" but maybe you are disrupting their environment when they fly away. Brightly coloured birds are in the trees for one another and although they are often very small tend to not understand human beings or any other species of organism at all. Glorifying the day, birds twitter away to God in the sunshine. Your spirit is lifted like the birds with something as simple as a sunny day.

The sunshine soon turns to fog as the clouds roll in and the church steeple can only just be seen peering through the clouds. The birds seem strangely vacant from the town as though they have left for the forest early, to sleep in the trees. Fog descending is as though it is a mystical veil and clouds permeate your mind. Clouds are not always associated with good thoughts but although your spirits may dampen as the clouds appear heavy in the sky, the atmosphere is humid. Although, the air is hard to breathe clouds bring solace to your thoughts. Consoling, cloud like thoughts are puffy in their thought bubbles and seem to satisfy the nebulous. Star dust of space serves to brighten ideas of the night and illuminated clouds. The birds nestle in the trees ready for the morning sun and the clouds lift for a sunny day. We are blessed by the morning sun and glory be the day for sunshine while the clouds drift away. Clouds circulate the sky and then blow away for clear skies with the birds.

Thoughts linger

Thoughts linger

Floating thoughts carry along with the clouds and the air blows among clouds in the sky. Racing clouds are synonymous with the shape of the island and the position of the island in the sea. When you think of clouds racing over the moon on darkened moonlit nights or the swift movement of fog your mind is darkened to Gothic tales but clouds tend to lift with the sunshine. Racing your ideas through the clouds you feel alienated from God and more alien than human. Maybe God would be disappointed if you felt clouds did not represent God. Darkened clouds of rain are brooding thoughts indeed and the illumination of clouds with light are the Holy Spirit. Racing with the clouds in mind you are reminded of the sea and the mountains. Clouds float off with the air pressure and race around the sky some more.

Clouds and fog lower to the ground so you can barely see half a metre in front of you. The foghorn sounds and the harbour cannot be seen, either. Fog clouds your thoughts. Someone disembarks from a ship dressed in clothing like something from another century with long dresses and a long frock coat. You feel you may have stepped back in time and you may be experiencing a vision but they are simply dressed in another kind of fashionable clothing from somewhere else. The fog lingers and although you may sense the presence of people nothing can be seen. Dreary is the weather.

Fog and clouds produce all kinds of images from lingering mythology down to the ground and you feel veiled by the fog as if in a cloud. When clouds are in the sky with light beaming though them racing, racing around the sky there is a feeling of elevation of the spirit. But when the clouds descend and creep all around you, you feel yourself conjuring up all of the worst B-grade horror movies you have seen but strangely comforted. Lingering clouds continue to cling to the mountains, illuminating thoughts of impending rain. Thoughts linger and the fog continues.

Air floats

Air floats

Icicles tend to cloud your thinking as your nose drips and silently you weep in the snow. Frozen over with cold thinking you almost feel a freeze out of human warmth. Cold frosty nights tend to isolate the stars in the sky like they are sharp as ice and appear to mystically inform you of God as though the stars are piercing your brain. The message from God feels so strong. We are stars for God like ice and snow are for winter and shine. We shine the cold white light of winter.

Warmth is needed. Brisk frosty nights are followed by sunny days and the cold white light of winter clouds reflecting snow sharpens your thinking. Did we miss god's message from the heavens and skies, above, being born? You almost feel we would have been better placed if like animals we were born outside underneath the stars. Are the windows in our home not facing the right direction without a view of the stars in the evening or the sky? The biblical understanding of stars may not be about anywhere where you were born if you were born under the Milky Way, God gave you an understanding of your future like milk to your brain. We are enriched by the light of God. The world is the milk and the stars are like nutrients. The alien feeling of the starry abode informing your mind like all of nature where a flower equals the most complicated mathematical equation on Earth take you to the complicated form our bodies equal and you feel star where you should feel flesh and blood. We breathe oxygen.

Are we space aliens or science fiction for God not being the stars in the heavens?

Maybe we are star. We are heavens where we are God. God and the heavens are one. Stars hold your name in heaven and you wait for your place. The indication of clouds float through your mind but there is a science to oxygen, O2. Air floats.

Snow and ice

Nicole Page-Smith, photographs and writing

Snow and ice

Darkened clouds hold snow and the rain falls. Snow flurries persist throughout the night and cover the ground with snow. All manner of creature silent during winter are vacant as the wind roars through blowing with the sound of ice and snow. Trees blow in the wind.

Snow falls and the wintery landscape establishes the beginning of long days of the cold dark months of snow. The middle of winter always seems the coldest, ice blows through the trees with snow. The dark trees seem bare and the cold of the landscape is desolate. Cold and ice breed ill feeling of darkened thoughts while clouds gather together. Cold howls through with wintery blasts ready for the silence.

Silent, long, winter months, follow and dark clouds persist. The unilluminating cold reeks of gloomy unlit days without sunshine but the nights are full of stars. The moon drifts often through the clouds and the sky seems to speak of former romantic landscapes and centuries of brooding thoughts. Lonely is the night on the cold, melancholic, nights. Silent hours traipsing through the snow cloud your mind with wintery thoughts and philosophy. Stars shine equations to you during the crisp nights and the trees stand silent. The wintery nights breathe snow and ice.

God is time

Nicole Page-Smith, photographs and writing

God is time

Earth fell and kept falling through space. On the daily spinning axis of Earth, people fall a little, too. They fall as though gravity moved slightly and when you close your eyes you may feel a sensation of moving forward. Maybe one day the gravity will make us be on such a lean like trees on cliffs blown back from storms. We may travel like we are flying but walking on such an angle may cause problems of seeing where we are going. Therefore, like a spindle god holds the string and we stand upright. Falling, Earth continues to fall, through space.

When clouds descend on your mind you feel you may have your head in the clouds but thoughts tend to darken your mind and they are like heavy rain. Falling like the earth, time descends on our bodies pulling with the weight of life, our body, close to the earth. If gravity did not exist, we could live forever, floating on air pockets like clouds. Time is God.

As your earthly body is drenched with life, God is time.

Does "god" hold the string?

Nicole Page-Smith, photographs and writing

Does "god" hold the string?

Clouded with ideas of future places on the other side of brooding weather out to sea, lands to be reached in years to come. Moody thoughts like the weather clear and dreams to come will be realised. You see as far as the darkened rain clouds pouring rain into the sea and past the horizons to the places occurring with visions. Dreaming and feeling and travelling the skies with the stars at night, multicoloured, wild beasts, roam and have always been there like we are reflected in the sky. Are they big dinosaurs from another time or just wild animals yet to be on the Earth that we see in dreams and looking at the sky? Creatures of astrology.

Wild creatures ride the skies at night and have been communicating with mythology for thousands of years. Are we lightyears away from an understanding of who we are? Planets seem to spin and move around the Sun and Winter finds the Summer, months occurring on the opposite end to the Earth. All that we are we see reflected on Earth. The plants and animals are in the sky. Starlight and past asteroids, meteorites and other space debris are our human being substance. We glow like the stars and feel rocklike but are not fossilized. Perhaps gemstones maybe a better description for our inner human being, blood and bones or spirit and soul but our inner starlight causes the glow. Our astrology reflected wild animals.

The calm after the storm brings sunshine and you feel the landscape needed the moody weather and was refreshed by the rain. Once again stars come out at night and shine upon you informing your star. You feel as encoded as some algebraic equation and the stars hit you like rocks in a starry way without falling out of the sky. We are an example of star matter and all the heaven's hold. Reflected animals of the astrology of zodiacs of the circle of heaven known on Earth, all we can see with a telescope or binoculars, read our horoscope and inform us of the future. We are like kryptonite from another planet but getting planetary, we are all the heavens and all we see is reflected in us. We are plant when we are tree or earth when we are water but as the rivers and streams swell only to quieten, the cycle of the earth continues. We spin and revolve around the Sun like other planets and the heavens spin on their cycle with heavenly bodies. The wild animals of the zodiacs roam the skies in the evening like clouds pass over during the day only to inform our heart of all the past for infinity and the past includes the future. As stars we shine for "god'.

God is our major star as the earth is a star. Stars shine as clouds are pregnant with rain. Our major earth star is ourselves as we are star for "god". Stars and "god" have a lot in common as they are the same thing. We are star for "god" and shine. The clouds drift with a full moon and linger, darkening. On a favouring moon beware of the night for the forest is dark during the night but use the moon to guide your way. Use your star as a guide in the forest, we beam and they shine. Shining star obey me.

Oh God are we star? We linger in the sky but do stars shine, there? We are star for "god". God has stars that see you at night, walking and shooting stars can be seen very seldomly with comets. Comets and stars, planets and the heavenly bodies above can be seen at night in the sky, while asteroids and meteorites fall. While we sleep all number of heavenly bodies above us spin and fall. Earth falls slightly everyday through the heavens but we do not notice falling although the stars above move in the sky. The stars above us do not seem to move in the logical pattern of the Earth spinning on an axis and go backwards and forwards becoming smaller or larger, diminishing or going further away like a flower pattern or we are like a spindle. Does "god" hold the string?

Clouded with thoughts

Clouded with thoughts

We walked along and travelled through the clouds. Thoughts of flying did occur but the clouds drifted on by. Seeing through the fog was difficult and thoughts of strange gothic tales lingered. The town felt eerie and cold as though something strange had entered the harbour. Nights of cold, damp, weather persisted and everyday was like traipsing through a forest although the slush and leaves were just the footpath in town. Native birds finding their way through the forest at night would be less affected pecking their way through the undergrowth. Old towns throughout Europe darkened by soot and pollution feel less darkened by a lack of sunlight by day. Clouded with sludge and slippery, dirty, footpaths through ice and snow my thoughts tended to blacken as though the fog had descended.

Thoughts, drift and like the clouds and fog lifting, the footpaths dry and the wintery debris of autumn leaves from storms and wild rain, disappear. Storm clouds and the snow tend to go away, melting and drifting like thoughts, a storm of thoughts on your mind. The calm before the storm.

Snow of worth and flurry, further forward. While the clouds abate there is a strange sense of calm. Snow storms create a magic as though spirits drift in or another kind of substance is almost godlike in the wind. The snow beats on the window and curls around as though a supernatural force is at work, large piles gather in the corners of the yard while a white dusting appears on the seats and the grass. We are gathered around the door and the cat is covered in snow. All night the wind makes a strange sound and the surrounding countryside echoes the wind. Snow storms often melt away before dawn.

Snow storms bring the spirits of the snow and they do not feel human. Wind curls around and blows from the quiet of the land where most animals have hibernated and people are indoors. The wind tends to blow and howl around anything it can wrap itself around blowing over the ice. Is the wind looking for people to inform them of the snow? Howling through the vacant paddocks and the land to the mountain tops the noise of snow-covered places is eerie. Darkened light precedes the snow.

The darkness of brooding clouds moving and blackening the sky gives a heavy feeling of a gothic tale of skies clouding your thoughts as the bad weather drifts to sea. The warmth before snow is refreshing to dry the pavements but the skies reflect a different mood. Island weather makes you feel there is too much swirling seas but the storms blow off and the rain falls into the water and lakes, the sun shines again for the snow to fall. Such moody skies and brooding weather can be unsettling and your mind drifts to better times. Calm thoughts are a little hard with the threat of snow but the magic of the wintery landscape is to follow. Brooding thoughts.
