The time it takes is the speed of light. The galaxy is structured by a weight by volume density ratio, so, the time it takes for the planets to circumnavigate the Sun is relative to time with the galaxy meaning a balance of time. The Universe is gently proportionate through time as it is weighted accordingly. There is a gentle balance throughout the Universe like in accordance to the natural ecological balance of nature. We can think about the cycle of the species in a similar way and these take time to evolve but the weighted proportion of the Universe is more about volume ratio as time is the relative equation. If we think about it time is capacity. The Universe has a certain number of planets that are massed accordingly through time and these correspond to the volume of empty space in the Universe, so, the balance is weighted. The Universe has a gentle balance.
