Nature has never been normal

Nicole Page-Smith

Nature has never been normal

Pockets of light tend to soak the surrounding hills while clouds cling around after rain. You feel all the old legends of mythology with nature's own lighting effects. Nature at its best and worst. Plants tend to curl unnaturally around themselves, looking too large or small in proportion to the landscape and amounts of light, rain and sunshine. Bird species and trees grow differently, elsewhere. You wonder in the fantasy landscape of perhaps a dream or maybe a place, the border between reality and make-believe. Nature has never been normal.
